Data Retention and Deletion
- 1.Default Data Retention Period
- 1.1Deletion Upon Request:Once you request to delete your account, we will generally remove or anonymize your personal data from our active systems immediately. However, certain data may remain for up to thirty (30) days to accommodate technical processes, legal requirements, or other legitimate business purposes. During this interim period, your account will no longer be accessible, although some information may persist in backup or archival systems.
- 1.2Extended Retention Where Necessary:In limited circumstances, we may retain certain personal data beyond the initial thirty (30)-day period, up to a maximum of six (6) months, for reasons including but not limited to:
- 1.2.1Compliance with Legal Obligations:We may need records for tax, audit, or regulatory purposes.
- 1.2.2Dispute Resolution & Fraud Prevention:We may retain evidence of transactions or user activity to address chargebacks, fraud investigations, or other disputes.
- 1.2.3Legitimate Business Interests:In rare instances, we may preserve minimal data—such as logs—to protect the security or continuity of our Services.
Any retained data will be isolated from normal access and used solely for the specified purposes (e.g., legal compliance or fraud prevention). It will not undergo any routine processing.
- 1.3Anonymization Where Possible:If we only require certain information for statistical or analytical purposes, we will anonymize or aggregate it so that it no longer identifies you. Once anonymized, the data is not subject to further deletion requests because it cannot be linked back to any individual user.
- 1.4Effect of Deletion on Service Use:After your account is deleted (or scheduled for deletion), you will lose access to any saved information, including saved products, product boards, or account-specific preferences. We encourage you to back up any data you wish to retain before initiating deletion.
- 1.5Legal & Regulatory Exceptions:In some jurisdictions, we may be legally required to retain certain data for more than six (6) months (e.g., for tax records or compliance with government orders). In those cases, we will keep only the minimum necessary information and will delete or anonymize it as soon as the applicable retention period expires.
- 1.6User Responsibilities:You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you provide is accurate and up to date. If legal or regulatory requirements mandate continued verification of your data (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud), you acknowledge that we may retain relevant data until such matters are fully resolved.

Waiver and Severability of Terms
No failure or delay by Big Ticket in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right or provision, nor shall any single or partial exercise of a right preclude further enforcement. Any waiver must be explicitly stated in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Big Ticket to be legally binding.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties agree that the court shall attempt to give effect to the original intentions reflected in that provision to the maximum extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with Our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between Big Ticket and you regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
No other agreement, representation, or warranty, whether made by a Big Ticket representative, reseller, or third party, shall be binding unless expressly included in these Terms.
No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Big Ticket.
